Join Brooke Sacchetti and Neelia Heydt on "Transforming and Thriving" for an inspiring conversation with intuitive business coach and hypnotherapist, Claudia Whitney. Claudia shares her powerful journey of reinvention, particularly her move back to the states to start her coaching business while navigating the uncertainties of motherhood. She candidly discusses hitting rock bottom, battling fear and lost confidence, and how her son became a driving force for her pivot. Discover the tools Claudia used to rebuild, including intuition journaling, self-care, and a unique self-reflection exercise involving trusted individuals, designed to uncover your strengths and blind spots.
Claudia, who helps coaches, leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs build expansive and aligned businesses, delves into the mindset shifts and subconscious reprogramming necessary for personal and professional growth. She opens up about two significant life transitions: 1. In her early twenties, she had a transformation in which she shed insecurities and embraced self-discovery; 2. Her later move to LA, where she faced the challenges of balancing motherhood and a career pivot. Claudia’s experiences, filled with both struggle and triumph, offer valuable insights into finding magic in messy seasons and thriving on your own terms.
Claudia was generous enough to share a free resource for listeners: the Fear Alchemy Method workbook. This workbook helps you shift your relationship with fear—rather than pushing it aside, you’ll learn to understand its messages and use it as a tool for growth. Through guided exercises, you’ll expand your capacity to hold both fear and courage, allowing you to move forward with more confidence and ease. In this episode, Lindsay courageously and candidly shares her powerful story of overcoming years of unhealthy eating and exercise habits and developing a healthier relationship with her body. Lindsay bravely opens up about her intense internal battles with perfectionism and control, the challenges of recovery, and how she's transformed her relationship with herself. "Transforming and Thriving," hosted by 3 best friends (Brooke, Stacie, and Neelia) is a podcast dedicated to showcasing the stories of resilient women who have persevered through pivotal transitions and/or traumas. In this episode, Li Saul delivers a powerful and raw account of her extraordinary journey to recovery. In January 2019, a seemingly minor head injury spiraled into a life-threatening ordeal, resulting in a subdural hematoma and brain bleed. Li's health plummeted, taking her from a vibrant 117 pounds to a fragile 85 pounds, fighting for survival.
She bravely details the harrowing cascade of physical symptoms and demanding treatments she endured. From the relentless buzzing in her head that stole her sleep to contracting the potentially fatal C. Diff infection during the pandemic, Li faced unimaginable challenges. She even underwent a fecal transplant procedure, a testament to her unwavering will to live.
This episode isn't just about survival; it's about transformation. Li shares how her spiritual practices deepened and evolved through these trials, becoming a cornerstone of her healing process. But her story doesn't end with recovery. Driven by her experiences, Li has become a beacon of hope in her community. As part of a faith-based group in her community called The Women of Encouragement, she leads impactful outreach efforts, providing support and resources to those facing their own health battles and other challenges.
Beyond her community work, Li's life is flourishing. She recently celebrated a joyful marriage surrounded by loved ones, and she's found professional fulfillment as the founder of a thriving advertising agency, where she's committed to positively impacting the lives of her employees.
Join us as Li Saul shares her incredible story of resilience, healing, and the power of giving back.

"Transforming and Thriving," hosted by 3 best friends (Brooke, Stacie, and Neelia) is a podcast dedicated to showcasing the stories of resilient women who have persevered through pivotal transitions and/or traumas. In this episode, Chelseah Darling, a woman who represents resilience and strength, describes her sudden diagnosis with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in her mid-30s, urgent (and lengthy) hospitalizations and treatments and stem cell transplant, all while navigating being a single mama of a 6-year-old boy. Chelseah is a physician’s assistant who put her career on hold to heal. She openly shares how she survived the chemotherapy treatments, traumatic stem cell transplant, as well as the emotional toll this all took… living in fear and being so vulnerable, and how this experience led to a rebirth of herself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She had to find trust in herself again and heal both past and current traumas to continue to create the life she wanted for herself and her son. Chelseah describes how everything she went through has inspired her to find ways in which she can utilize her experience to help inspire hope in other women dealing with challenging life situations.
Here is the book she quoted in the episode that helped her on her healing journey: The 12 Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness by Donald M. Epstein
